 Welcome to the official website of Life Music Label Group (LMLG), an independent Hip-Hop record label. LMLG is committed to providing authentic and positive expressions of the Hip-Hop music genre. As an independent label, we offer our artists a creative medium that reflects a renewed expression of Hip-Hop through inspirational, intellectual and impactful music. Since 2007, LMLG continues to be a catalyst for positive change within the Hip-Hop community.LMLG purposes to reestablish Hip-Hop as a pivotal form of musical artistry. Hip-Hop defined is informative music, art, spoken word etc. The word "hip", used in colloquial language meant "informed" or "current," The term "hip hop" also followed logically the previous African-American music culture of "Bebop". At LMLG, we aspire to restore Hip-Hop beyond its former greatness, by reeducating and reminding the “new school” of its fundamental origins. Hip-Hop was formed to create a culture of thought-conscious social innovators to express themselves through intellectual and inspirational thought.
